Hi, I normally use this platform on one particular device. Unfortunately, the display stopped working, so I tried logging in from another mobile. However, I couldn’t log in, and even after using the “Forgot Password” option, I didn’t receive any reset email.
My old device has now been repaired, and I’m able to log in again. Since I currently have access to my account, I would like to change and save my password properly.
Could you please guide me on what I should do now so that, if I need to use another device in the future, I can easily recover my account and password?
